We offer in person training sessions with our specialised trainer. ​

We will help you in a way that is unique to you, whether your goal is to

 lift weights,

increase mobility,

learn exercises to support independence,

get healthier or

move more.

Steps to your personal fitness

1 / Contact

Get in touch with us, fill out the forms and set your goals!

We are currently working with those aged 14 and above, we hope to expand this very soon!

2 / Book and attend sessions you would like 

Book sessions through our website. Choose what days and times you would like and meet with your PT to work towards your goals. 

3 / Watch as you progress to meet your goals and make new ones!

Congratulations, you have been doing so well, review how you have done and set some new goals.
